A routine house cleaning is a thorough common or regular list of services. We clean your home from top to bottom, including bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, main rooms. We spot clean the walls and light fixtures. This is heavy duty, detailed house cleaning from top to bottom. Deep cleaning can be done on your house, office, apt and condo. Back to Questions Is there anything you can't help with? Due to health concerns (toxoplasmosis) we can't clean cat boxes. Also due to health concerns, we can't clean blood or vomit. Anything else along these lines needs to be cleaned though a bio-hazard cleaning service. Back to Questions Do you require contracts? Never. We offer a variety of discounts, any one of which may be used to your advantage. However, only one discount per customer per cleaning may apply. Back to Questions We arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home or office sparkle. We even bring our own freshly laundered soft cotton cleaning towels. If you'd like us to use your cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We will be happy to do so. Back to Questions I do not speak Spanish. Will I be able to communicate with my house cleaner? While we appreciate diversity, we consider it a job requirement to be able to speak to and understand our customers without lanquage barriers. By giving us more advance notice, we are able to give you a broader availability. However, we will do our best to work with you to accomadate your schedule, even on short notice. It has been our experience that it is often more convenient for your family if we clean while you are away. We will coordinate access and entry to your home when we schedule your first appointment.
